How long does my order take to ship?

JKAR designs specializes is your orders being custom designed for your enjoying pleasures, with being said custom orders can take anywhere between 2-4 days to be shipped out, or ready for pickup, you can purchase express which will prioritize your order to get it faster for a small charge.

Do you offer international shipping?

As a freshly new business, JKAR designs does not yet offer international shipping, we are working to make that a possibility but does take time.

What is your return policy? 

If products are not up to your satisfaction, we do offer a 30-day return window, where you can return or exchange your product for a new product. For customized products we do charge a $10 dollar service fee for materials, as materials are expensive.
